How do you treat overpronation?

The running shoe shop had me run on a treadmill and diagnosed overpronation. What can be done to fix it?

DocPod 		Pronation is when the ankle rolls inwards and the arch collapses. Overpronation is when there is too much of it. It is not necessarily a problem and does not need treating unless you have a problem associated with it.

There are a lot of different causes and if it needs treating, you treat the cause.

There is a lot of misinformation on the web about overpronation. I suggest you look at this excellent article:
