I have had sesamoiditis in my left foot for 2 years and am looking for a cure?

I have tried Orthodics that have done little to help with the pain and have already suffered one stress fracture due to this, I also now run on the outside of my foot which causes hamstring pain after long distances. I am only 21 and am a keen sportsman and am looking for a way to help me run freely.

DocPod 		Get a second opinion on the orthotics. The easiest and mot common way to treat sesamoids is getting the load off them. If the orohtics are right and have a proper accommodation around the sesamoids, then this generally works.
