Pain under three interior toes ?

I am an ultra-marathoner, and after a 100 Mile race on very rocky terrain, I ended up with very tender feet. After taking presciption anit-inflammitories, the pain under my feet subsided. However, it seemed to migrate to my three interior toes on one foot. I get pain under the pads of my toes, as well as the connecting joint between the pad and the ball of my foot on all three toes. It is most sensitive when I walk barefoot or if I run on the road. I feel it when I trail run also, but not as severely. I have tried time off, anti-inflammitories, etc.., but it doesn't seem to go away. What can I do?

DocPod 		Two thing comes to mind:
1) That sounds suspiciously like a pinched nerve or nerve damage. You really need to get some sensory testing done to rule it out.
2) It also sounds like 'plantar plate dysfunction' or 'plantar plate tear'

Its a bit hard to recommend what to do as getting the diagnosis right is the first thing to do.
