What is happening?

Hello, I was at a theme park today and well I was walking up a not very much inclined cement hill when all of a sudden I feel that the inner arch part of my left foot felt like it was having the worst cramps ever I mean that is what it felt like but I am more than positive it was not a cramp because I still feel pain from when I move my big toe and the inner arch it kind of feels like as it if was jammed but I do not know when this happend it would feel better when I would put pressure on my foot but as soon as started to walk the worst sharp pain from my big toe bone to my inner arch it was awful...

DocPod 		Its nearly impossible to tell with looking at it and seeing some imaging; but my bets guess would be a strain or tear of the plantar fascia.
