is the pain becuase of high arch or lower back problems ?

am having heel and foot ball pain along with lower back pain when standing even for short periods i've done foot print analysis and they told me that i have a high arch and very minor heel varus problems so they advised me to use orthotics along with some exercises to help fix the issue so when i went to buy orthotic shoe soles the guy who works at the shop said that my lower back pain can be the reason why i have foot pain ? so i really can't tell if its that or that , i've attached a pic of my footprint analysis and any help will be really appreciated

DocPod 		A problem in the foot can cause back pain. A problem in the back can cause foot pain. Or they could both be painful at the same time by coincidence. Hard to say which one is yours without proper assessment.
