please help with the below foot injury all required documents and the course of management is detailed?

Dear Dr. ,

I really need your help in my wife's case because I am stuck with my worries.

I am sending this from abroad, and I wish you will take a look at the attached file which includes the initial x-rays and CT and the post cast x-rays, and explains the case in full details.

My wife had a foot injury and I wish to know if I am on the right track or not.

she have had a full non weight bearing cast for 6 weeks removed 2 weeks ago, now on foam walker, walking with limping, full weight bearing, with minimal pain, and foot is fine, no swelling and almost normal with normal arch and mobility.

Please help me with the right decision as regards her condition.

all details are in the pdf file.

Thank you, these are only the CT images, if u download the file from the upper right corner of the screen, you will finish it in 5 minutes maximum.
