the bottoms of both my feet feel stiff most of the time. like there is a thick leather sole glued to them. there's no pain. more noticable when flex toes downward. loosens up some what during the day. iv'e had this condition probably over one year. prior ?

my feet would feel stiff upon wakening but, go away during daytime. thanks

DocPod 		I get a suspicion that you have plantar plate dysfunction. Some people who have this describe the symptoms that you have.
