Infected ingrown toenail removed/ Can I swim?

How long till I can swim in a chlorine pool I had the sides of my toenails on both big toes removed about a week ago. There was chemicals placed to prevent the nail from growing back on the sides. I have been soaking my toes twice a day for twenty minutes in ebsom salt and taking antibiotics for over a month.

DocPod 		I would give it 2 weeks.
Should be OK then, but keep up with the wound dressing after swimming.
