Post-Bunionectomy: Is it possible to overdo physical therapy exercises?

25-Female: I had bunionectomy 4 1/2 weeks ago. Since yesterday I began having pain at a near constant 6 with spikes of 7-8 on pain scale. Haven't done anything other than walk on campus which typically results in only level 5 pain. Wondering if pain is from overdoing physical therapy exercises? Is it possible that I've damaged the realignment of my bones? I already made an appointment with my doctor but that's not for a few days and I can't think of anything else I might have done. Any help would be appreciated. Please & Thank You!

DocPod 		Generally at 4 weeks, overdoing PT is not usually a cause of pain as primary healing has happened. It is hard to say what it could be without imaging and knowing the exact procedure that was done.
