Recurrent Inclusion Cyst ?

Other than faulty surgical technique, what possible explanations are there to account for a surgically excised inclusion cyst to recur? I've had this thing removed three times in less than 4 years. The cyst is due to a traumatic injury (car accident).

DocPod 		The reason that these recur is that the cause of them is still there. Without examining you its diffcult to be specific, but I would suspect that such a large area may need to be excised to remove the cause, that this this just too much tissue removal which would not be a good thing. maybe removing a smaller amount of tissue for symptomatic relief for a year or so is a better option than removing such a larger amount. Without seeing you, its difficult to be specific if this is the case or not.
