What could cause toes to go numb? Small toe on one foot middle toe on the other. ?

When standing for long periods the middle toe on my left foot goes numb. For no apparent reason my small toe on my right toe will be numb.

DocPod 		Almost always numbness means a pinched nerves or some nerve problem. Difficult to say in your case without seeing you, but you probably should see someone and maybe some metatarsal pads or something like that might help.
