My feet hurt to walk on when off them for a time, they burn sometimes & swell sometimes. ?

I injured my r ankle 1 1/2 years ago. I have been told it was a light fracture or a bad sprain. During that time, I was pregnant. I am not overweight. I find when I have been off my feet or especially when I wake up in the moment, it hurts to walk. It takes me a couple of minutes for my feet not to hurt. I feel constant pain in both feet across the tops that makes it hard to walk for long periods of time. I get swelling in both feet. more in the foot I injured. I have had physio, mri & xray & no damage is detected. I am desperate for an explanation as to why my feet are causing me so much grief. I am only 34 & was an active person before my injury & pregnancy. My baby just turned 1.

DocPod 		All I can offer is to get more physical therapy. get them to give you some exercises to do, expecially those involving a wobble board. The whole ankle joint area often benefits greatly from manipulation and mobilisation, so make sure you get to see teh right physical therapist.
