Many cavities under ball of foot ?

I have a bout 50-100 small cavities on the pads of teh ball of my foot and some around the heel. What can they be and what can I do about them?

DocPod 		This sounds very much like a condition called pitted keratolysis. It is caused by a minor bacterial infection in the sweaty foot. To deal with it you meed to take measure to deal with the sweat (such as going barefoot; absorbent socks and powder). Sometimes a topical antibacterial agent can help. pitted keratolysis is not that difficult to manage, as long as the sweat problem, is dealt with.
