Did I cause any harm to myself? (this is a serious question) ?

I had tarsal tunnel release surgery today and like an idiot I decided to have sex. I was doing it for a few minutes when my senses kick in (my girlfriend was on top).
My questions is: is it possible that I caused damage to myself?
Afterwards I felt a tingling in the back of my foot and the place where I was operated. I feel like a total idiot.

DocPod 		Sorry, without seeing the foot it is going to be hard to give any advice. best contact the surgeon that did the procedure.
