Pgula Solution, 100 ml.

Propylene Glycol, USP 50 grams
UREA, USP 10 grams
Lactic Acid, USP 15 grams
Sodium Hydrosice, USP 4 grams
Purified H2O, USP 21 grams

Carefully weigh out each of the ingredients. Dissolve the NaOH in the purified water. Mix the Propylene Glycol and the Lactic Acid with the NaOH solution. Finally, dissolve the urea in the Propylene Glycol/Lactic Acid/NaOH solution. Place the final solution in an amber glass bottle. Label for topical use only. Also affix a pioson label to the container. The amount prepared by using this formula shhould last an average patient three months if treating a single nail. Advise the patient to paint the nail with a common Q-tip and not the surrounding base. Keep the nail(s) filed down if they thicken to enhance absorption.

Personal note: I had 1000 ml made up and it took only 50 ml to cure the fungus on both of my big toes. I used the Pgula in the morning and a 50/50 mixture of Listerine and white vinegar in the evening. I have nine 100 ml bottles of Pgula left and available for my cost of $25 ea., postpaid.
