Both big toes on each feet are numb.. for the last 2 months.. any ideas or questions or suggestions? What can cause numbness in both big toes for such an extended period of time?

Numbness usually means nerve damage. Diabetes is usually the most common casue. A pinched nerve is another. There is a long list of rare causes and its probably important that you get screened for them to rule them out, as some can be serious.
