Cluffy Wedge ?

The shop I went to to get my shoes suggested I needed a cluffy wedge to help my foot problem. I checked out the site: http://www.cluffy.com/
I have problem with an achce in both big toejoints that get painful towards the end of the day. Anyone got any experience with these wedges.

Never heard of the Cluffy Wedge and I would be concerned about a shoe shop advising on treatments.
I did some looking around on teh cluff wedge and found this:
