I have sever pain on the top of my feet. What is this caused from?

  • Tagged With :-
  • Foot

For the past year the bones on the top of my feet, feel like they are broken. It starts directly after my toes, goes clear across the entire top of the foot, and also goes up the foot. Lately, it has gotten so bad that I have to take several ibroprophens, and tylenol just to walk.
I use to wear othopeds but lost them .and am wondering if this is part of the problem.
Also, my feet are swollen, and the entire top of the foot aches when I bend my toes.
What is this caused from and can I do something to relieve the pain and symptoms myself?

Without seeing the foot, it difficult to make any sort of diagnosis. However, apart from keeping off your feet, I doubt there is much you can do yourself to help it. I strongly suggest that you get an accurate diagnosis as to exactly what it is and some specific treatment for it.
