old foot injury (probably a stress fracture 10 years ago) often tender, stiff, now toes twitching. Any ideas?

Sometimes becomes worse with light jogging, but also with weather changes and inactivity.

DocPod 		Hard to say without a complet examination. Some of your symptoms suggest a neurological type problem. If its an old injury, then often the first place to start is with mobilizations from a physical therapist.
