How us?eful are MBT shoes for back and knee pain ?

Doe anyone have any experience with the mbt shoe http://us.mbt.com/

I have some mild arthritis in my knee and a back that aches.It has been suggested that these shoes could help. I not sure that I want to spend the money find that they do not help.

This is a difficult one without knowing more. I certainly have a number of patients who have benefited from them and I have had some patients who have not benefited from them. Unfortunately, this is something that you are going to just have to try and find out.
