PLEASE HELP! I NEED YOUR HELP! TOE PROBLEM!?

Every once and a while my toe hurts!?
IN BETWEEN MY BIG TOE AND THE TOE NEXT TO IT IS WHERE IT HURTS. THE PAIN IS SOOO PAINFULL. SOMETIMES ITS WORSE THEN OTHER TIMES. I THINK IM TO YOUNG TO HAVE GOUT. PLEASE HELP ME
