Parish and Bell Scam ?

I am in the UK and hope someone here can help. I had some orthotics made fro my by Parish and Bell and was promised the earth and all sort of money back guarentees for my money. They were a disaster and I have been unable to get anything from them as they have gone bankrupt. Who holds these Podiatrists accountable?

DocPod 		Firstly they were not Podiatrists. From what I understand they used to be osteopaths, but are no longer registered. I have done some reading on this story and yes, you are out of luck. The disturbing thing is that they are not being held accountable.
