Bottom of my right foot,top bellow toes really hurts, also on the top between 3rd and 4th tows seam to be pulling appart,,really hurts, ?

When I put pressure on it it hurts, especially when I walk, I've been doing a lot of walking /standing.
Is there anything to stop the pain,

DocPod 		Impossible to say what it could be based on your information and not seeing it.
Best guess might be plantar plate dysfunction
