Baxters nerve or plantar fasciitis?

I have been treated lately for plantar fasciitis and its not getting any better. I read on a website that it could be Baxters nerve and not plantar fasciitis. how do you tell the difference?

Often the difference is difficult to determine.
Plantar fasciitis tend to be more painful in the morning than a Baxters nerve entrapment
The pain from the baxters nerve entrapment tends to radiate more than plantar fasciitis
Those with a nerve problem also have difficult moving their little toe (however, so do a lot of people normally)
